Scavenged London Series
The banks of the Thames contain broken clay pipes and pottery shards dating back hundreds of years. Gathering this detritus and occasionally treasures from the shores is known as mudlarking. A friend in London who took up mudlarking gifted me with many pottery shards. These pieces incorporate the shards into jewelry.
